01What can I actually send it?
Videos — one clip or a whole album at once — plus photos, voice notes, music and audio files, YouTube links, and plain text. Mix them freely in one thread; it keeps track of everything as one project.
02Do I need to know editing words?
No. “Make it feel less boring” is a valid instruction. Bloom watches your footage, reads the transcript, and proposes the specifics — you just react.
03What if I don't like the cut?
Reply like you'd reply to a friend: “captions bigger”, “different song”, “lose the intro”. It keeps working on the same project until you love it.
04Where does it work?

05Is my footage stored somewhere?
